• Executive Management Team: Ensure alignment in strategic partnership direction and planning, communicate and resolve major policy and direction issues.

• Customer Management and Service Level: Implementation partner's Project Director and Manager establish unified customer requirement entry point, focus on customer value, and work with clients to plan and implement multi-phase, multi-project initiatives. Manage cross-project resource coordination and conflict resolution to maximize customer value.

• Project Management Level: Led by implementation partner and customer project managers to deliver planned project value within defined scope. Through project working groups/project management committees, ensure project activities and deliverables maintain alignment across all levels of project governance.

3. Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Based on customer requirements, we organize project consultants to conduct systematic, comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors training and knowledge transfer for internal consultants and key users, enhancing their SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and skills to help customers build a strong internal support team.

• At different stages of customer system knowledge acquisition, the project team adopts different methods to help key users develop capabilities in business processes and system operations. This approach requires early identification of key user teams and internal consultant support personnel, developing and executing knowledge transfer plans according to project phase requirements, and continuously evaluating further knowledge transfer needs.

• Knowledge transfer recipients (including senior management, middle management, key users, and end users, all full-time and part-time project team members, including relevant personnel from implementation and O&M support teams) actively participate in all project phases, take necessary responsibilities, and enhance training effectiveness through knowledge application.
